Knock Out Neutrals for Spring/Summer 2013

Everyone knows that Spring and Summer bring an abundance of color and prints. This year definitely will not be the exception to that rule. With bright and wonderful things in mind I decided to show you some of my stand-out neutrals. Everything here makes for an excellent compliment to your Spring wardrobe.

Pedro Garcia
Grey is not the most "classic" neutral to be found in the shoe world but it is perfect. If you haven't tried it out before I would encourage you to give it a try. You will probably be shocked at how often you put these on.

One easy way to be sure your neutral goes with as many different looks as possible is to add in a layer of texture. This snake shoe adds the extra element needed to help it blend in anywhere.

This wedge is perfect. The cork bottom is great for that added touch of texture, the leather is an ideal color for wearing with almost anything, and the gold studs make sure you get noticed even when you wear neutrals.

A great flat in the perfect color is a must have for any year. This ankle strap sandal updates and compliments a wardrobe easily to make sure you look and feel good.

This is the perfect classic wedge. A nice espadrille can elevate a look to a high level of effortless summer-chic. Pop these on with anything from denim to day dresses and always know you got it right.

I love all the shoes I have posted today but I have to say this one is a personal favorite. This shoe is proof that simple and boring are two very different things. This simple sandal is a fantastic modern statement and it shows that you don't have to brave towering heights if you have the right mid-heel.

This is a departure from the mono-tone shoes we have been looking at so far but it is worth including with the rest. These three colors blend beautifully to create a style that you can wear easily with a variety of looks.  Never be afraid to mix your neutrals! You can see here that layering them all together can really make an outstanding finish.
